STEPS



1/ Find your favorite sport. You don't need to excel at all sports, right now your favorite one will do fine. Try out all different kinds of sports to see which one you are best suited for.


2/ Engage yourself and decide how many times you are going to practice this sport. If you have the will you can make it, a little hard work should do the trick.

 


3/ Join a club. Seeing other people practicing with you should give you enthusiasm to continue.

4/ Listen to coaches or any other people who are trying to help you. Allow others to give you advice, tips, and tricks.



5/ Research the sport online to find how to perform simple tricks and fundamentals.



6/ Join competitions. Even if you are at a low level, competition teaches you to have sports spirit, and patience.


7/ Try to train your resistance and speed. For those two characteristics help with ALL kinds of sports


8/ Have fun while training, playing and enduring. Don't get down on yourself if you are not able to grasp a concept or trick. You will eventually get it, but having fun with the sport is all that matters.


9/ Make sure have good sportsmanship. Others will not want to play with you if you have tantrums, or are selfish.


10/ Don't quit your favorite sport because you can't play it. All you need is a little more practice.
