STEPS



1/ Exercise! You may want to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day to get the blood moving.



2/ No heat! You may want to stay away from the sun ad much as possible to prevent your hair from drying out. Avoid straightening irons as they severely damage your hair cuticles. If you had to go out in the sun then cover your hair with a hat or scarf. Do not use hot air blow dryers.



3/ Massage! Massaging your hair makes the blood moving and that helps to get strong hair. Use natural oils like almond oil or egg oil.



4/ Water! Drink a lot of water so you don't dry!



5/ Stay calm! Don't stress out!



6/ Be gentle! When you brush your hair don't just pull through it. Be gentle!
