- Are you looking to sell birds? To attract people to but your birds, you need to keep your birds in good condition and health and set up a display area so that buyers can browse and choose a bird they'll love.

1/ Take good care of your birds so they stay healthy and people will buy them. Nobody likes to have an unhealthy bird to care for because it will take a long time to get it back to normal. Important needs for your birds are listed here:
- Give all your birds a healthy diet. Birds need healthy food diet of pellets. They can also eat some fruits and vegetables, but some vegetables are not good for your birds, such as hot peppers. Be aware of what you feed the birds. They could get sick.
- Give your bird a fresh supply of water along with the meal. Make sure the water is clean and is not from the faucet.
- Keep the birds happy. Be social with it and keep it company. Spend time training it and play with it all the time. Teach it tricks, show them different objects that they're interested in, and if you have a parrot, you could teach the parrot to talk. Provide plenty of toys for the birds to keep them happy.
- Make sure every bird is healthy. Look out for any strange differences in appearance or behavior, and consider having them checked over by a vet. They should be active and flying. Make sure they have all the basic needs of care to make sure they are extra healthy at the time of sale.
2/ Set your prices appropriately. Look at current prices in pet stores and online/classified listings to find out what that type of bird generally sells for. Remember that many people prefer to adopt animals from shelters, and that laws pertaining to the sale and ownership of particular birds vary from area to area. Investigate any local restrictions and expectations before setting a price for sale.
3/ Check to see if your property allows pets, including birds. If you don't own your home or business property, ask your landlord if you can have a bird sale. Make sure that whoever is buying your birds considers whether they can have them in their home, too.
5/ Be as accommodating as possible. Do your best to answer all questions your potential customers have about the bird or birds. This will help them feel at ease purchasing from you.
